Public Housing is a government-subsidized program designed to assist communities in providing decent, safe, and sanitary housing for families of low to moderate income. HABD owns and manages 14 developments consisting of more than 4,000 public housing units in the Birmingham Metropolitan Area.  Interested public housing residents can apply using this form.
