Join the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10 AM at Innovation Depot (1500 1st Ave N., Birmingham, AL 35203). We want to meet with you and share about our the agency's development plan and how to partner in increasing housing opportunities for the community.

During our Developer Forum, we provide an overview of our Thrive 2035 redevelopment plan, and answer your questions on future development opportunities. Doors open at 9:45 AM with registration, and the event kicks off at 10 AM.
