HABD is proud to host its PBV Question and Answer Forum! HABD is currently seeking partners to fill vacant project-based units under HABD's subsidy standards. Under our rental assistance programs, HABD signs a Housing Assistance Payment contract with owners for specific rental units with a contract that can last up to 20 years, with annual renewals subject to funding. We provide assistance as long as eligible households occupy the units. Project-based units must meet program standards throughout the contract term.

We invite all developers and management firms to join us for this information-packed session, where we will take a deep dive into the RFP requirements and answer your questions.
